The records are not public records. Here is their testimony. 1:46 at this link regarding the 2014 income....https://www.c-span.org/video/?529320-1/irs-whistleblowers-testify-hunter-biden-investigation-part-1 The fact that Hunter Biden received over $17 million from foreign accounts: At about 1:53:45 at this link: https://www.c-span.org/video/?529320-5/irs-whistleblowers-testify-hunter-biden-investigation-part-2 Summary of tax charges - using information gained from bank records and income tax returns - page 14 here: https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Whistleblower-X-Testimony.pdf |
Did you listen to their actual testimony? They actually followed step by step instructions for the whistleblower. There is no program. |
They sure as hell are whistleblowers. They have gone through the actual WB process. Ziegler Testimony - pages 5 and 6 https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Whistleblower-X-Testimony.pdf Shapley Testimony - pages 3-5 https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Shapley-Testimony.pdf |
No records in your links. Broad allegations, no substantiation. |
So, you are saying that these two IRS investigators - one with 10 years of experience and the other with 13 years - are lying. Under penalty of perjury. They have seen the documents. They have seen the evidence. Their testimony was quite specific with very specific numbers. Sorry, pal. Your denials are worthless. |
[$arcasm]There is no proof. People regularly setup 17 shell corporations all over the world and ping-pong large sums of money from foreign organizations through them for entertainment. [/$arcasm] |
They are combining different types of payments from different sources for different purposes into a $17 million allegation knowing that almost all of them, if not all, are normal business transactions of his partnerships and investments. Using an aggregate number over time from various sources with no specifics is a tell that they are blowing smoke. They got him on the failure to file tax charges but everything else in innuendo and speculation. |
They also keep saying “the Bidens” trying to insinuate Joe was paid, but he wasn’t. There’s nothing illegal about hunter doing business overseas and getting paid for it. |
DP, I would assert they are because they are trying to cover their a$$es for leaking the case since they didn't get traction from their superiors, who knew this was a sham. |
Well, you would be the first one to believe this. And, "leak" the case to whom exactly? |
The investigation should never have been leaked to the media, same as the Steel stuff. Y'all upset about that but not the equivelent here. |
"The Bidens." Nine different Bidens received money from foreign countries. You think Hunter Biden just wanted to share his earnings from his "partnerships and investments" with 8 other family members because he is a charitable guy? Sure, go with that. The same guy who squabbles over paying child support for his illegitimate kid is just giving money to family members. Can't wait to hear about his "partnerships and investments" since, to date, we have seen ZERO evidence of any kind of legitimate business.

Neither of the IRS officials leaked the story. You seem to only be happy when leaks go in one direction. And, this story would eventually come out since these are whistleblowers testifying before Congress. |
Oh dear. Wait til you find out how many shell companies Trump has ping-ponging money around. hint: It's a lot more than 17 |
