Nah. His symptoms are consistent with aging and her story is strong—especially the text sent at the time. |

I never understood the need people seem to have to be supplicants to a celebrity. Yet, it’s so evident.
She sent a text. The other side has multiple in the aftermath corroborating their story. She has no injuries. He has documented and consistent injuries. She had no eyewitnesses despite skiing with 11 people — one of whom skied down, identified her to the other party, and was her instructor and whose job was to watch GP. Yet that person, the children, the other instructors are not testifying. In my opinion in order not to perjure themselves under the pressure from GP. He had the only eyewitness who has told a consistent story. Her story is not feasible. She’s out to destroy what’s left of this man and bankrupt him, all the way flaunting her wealth though the animations and treats for the bailiffs and clothing. It’s a disgusting display of the wealth gap and the new oligarch America. It’s clear as day who has the evidence. You just dot believe him because he’s an old guy who’s not known or pretty. |
| In my dream world, the GoPro footage is recovered and exposes her for the massive liar that she is for the whole world to see. And her face that looks like a stretched goatskin drum just melts in shock |
| Ask people who worked for goop and quit what she’s really like |
That's why you are not credible. |
+1. He and his lawyer thought they were going to get a big payday. Now that it doesn't look likely, he is just making a fool out of himself. |

I think a lot of posters are projecting their feelings about GP into their assumptions about what happened without hearing all the facts, just pieces.
She is so annoying but that doesn’t mean that she caused the accident in this case. His story does not add up either. I also think it’s insulting to the ski instructors to imply they would participate in a coverup/lie to back her up since she was the paying customer. Didn’t this whole thing start years after tge accident? She wouldn’t have been a client at that point. And I think most instructors take safety very seriously and wouldn’t lie just because someone is famous. |
|
I agree about the ski instructors. They are not. That’s why only one is testifying and none of them “saw anything”. That completely unbelievable. They are avoiding perjuring themselves
She’s guilty |
| Also it’s not the first time. Everyone who skis had heard of the previous incident she caused |
He has brain damage. What’s your excuse? |
| The story of someone gently skiing into you and parting your legs with skis and grunting is so bogus and laughable that it’s immediately evident on this thread who skis and who’s a groupie |
|
So Terry is both half blind and able to perfectly and softly ski into an 18” space between a moving target’s legs?
Mkay. She’s lying |
What was her previous skiing accident? I only know of her reckless scooter incident. |
| The self proclaimed ski expert isn’t as convincing as they think they are. Terry's story is full of holes. |
She wasn’t sued but a couple of years prior she took someone else out on the slopes |
