This one guy isn't speaking for all Catholics.

Catholic diocese of Chicago is the largest in the U.S. It is extremely abnormal for the any archbishop to make such a public statement. This will be the first of many. Pope has also publicly condemned this. Catholics are against Trump and this war. Period.

So we kill him -- but we also kill all the guys who would have been slightly preferable to him -- and in so doing, leave only his son, who is much younger and therefore will live a lot longer and will be harder to replace, and who was at least as anti-American as his dad BEFORE we killed his dad, his mom and his wife. So frying pan into fire, it appears.

I can't figure out any justification for this, except that these people are all just morons. I'm not sure Netanyahu is a moron, though, so I'm wondering if he thinks "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" and so the more enmity he can create between Iran and the U.S., the closer the U.S. will cleave to Israel? It's very Game of Thrones, but there are a million examples in history where that did not turn out really well for anyone.

I'm a Fed. To be completely fair, the bolded sections are completely on brand for this administration since week 1.

Netanyahu is betting on the wrong horse then because Trump is loyal to nobody. He’s always thrown Bibi under the bus about Iran in the past as recently as last year and during his first term as well.

There’s something about the Epstein file that shook Trump because it’s not like Netanyahu wasnt begging for this war during Trump’s first term and all of last year. The DOJ releasing the files really changed Trumps stance on “no new wars”.

Netanyahu is way over his skis. This is going to get a lot worst for Israel and US. There are so many simple, old proven counter measures and decoys that can be easily added to the Iranian ballistic missiles. The question is will Netanyahu use nuclear weapons and can anyone stop him?

I wouldn't put it past Netanyahu to use nuclear weapons. This is his war that he's been pushing for close to 40 years now and he's not going to get another shot.

Given his regime has killed hundreds of thousand in Gaza and Lebanon alone, the casualties that would result from nuclear usage wouldn't be enough to stop Israel.

Israel is getting hit hard. Netanyahu will use nukes. He is suffering from victory disease. We are seriously heading to a nuclear war in the Middle East and maybe the world. The more I think about it the more I think he will do it.

Anything to keep him out of jail at home or in the Hague.

Carlson: Trump is being shown polling that this war is a 90-10 win for him.

In case there was still any doubt at all as to what it’s about:

“As of March 2026, the final Epstein documents are locked under a new "Executive Privilege" citing the Iran conflict. They are using bombs in Tehran to distract from the degeneracy in DC.“

Who is a good person to read/follow to understand this conflict other than they are morons?

It depends on what you want to know about- Military capabilities of each side, politics, oil, shipping, refineries, China, Russia, etc?

They probably can't show him fake stock market numbers, though. Or prevent his robber baron friends from calling him about the billions they may be about to lose. That's the only stuff that can make him change course.

It doesn’t seem Trump will “win” this war, and meanwhile he has CRUSHED the economy, with reports that people are screaming about gas prices in the White House. Look for Trump to back off as he fears total destruction in November, of course insisting that “we won the war.”

“Trump has crashed the market, spiked oil & gas and we’re approaching 10 dead troops and it increasingly seems the Iranian regime is going to survive.”

Maybe what’s in this for Trump? Not for America, but him personally. And how does this benefit MBS?

I thought the first rule of international relations was to keep a lid on the simmering dh@t show that is the Middle East. Trump added c4 to it. I’m watching cnn and this is just insane. Lebanon, Gaza and Iran will all hate America for generations to come, assuming the whole world doesn’t blow up over this.

I feel like Russia is playing both sides. They are thrilled to see us bomb Iranians gas supplies and thrilled to help Iran target U.S., and even more thrilled that we use up our stockpiles on this nonsense. This is all win-win-win for Putin.

All the Republicans who enabled Trump’s idiocy are culpable.

Here are several. All their names link to a simple YT search of their respective name

- Jeffrey Sachs - (is jewish fwiw) world-renowned economist and public policy analyst
- John Mearsheimer - political scientist, foremost scholar on international relations theory
- Norm Finkelstein - (is jewish fwiw) world-renowned scholar on the Holocaust and the Israel-Palestine conflict
- Jiang Xueqin - Chinese-Canadian professor who runs the popular YT channel Predictive History

And here's a brief (80 minute) history of American foreign policy for the past 250 years by John Mearsheimer, which was published on YT by the University of Chicago a few days ago.

If Israel does it, they will do it against us or Europe not Iran. They put up a good farce like they’re Muslim haters. In reality, they hate white Western Europe and America for obvious reasons and Israelis also hate American jews
