Projections from experts are $160 barrels by the summer. That is not something anyone is prepared for.

Iran used their older less accurate ballistic missiles and drones earlier on to deplete air defenses. Use the really cheap and out of date missiles/drones to burn through US interceptors missiles. This is what Russia did in the first weeks of the Ukraine war.

Now the Iranians are starting to use their more modern and accurate missiles/drones with humans in real time control. The Iranian are using iridium satellite system to communicate with their missiles/drones.

The Chinese and Russians are supplying real time targeting information. This is how they take out the US radars. Once the radars are down it allow more missiles to hit their targets.

The Iranians can build missiles/drones in real time and they have large stockpiles.
