VRSC U14, U15, U16, & U17 teams won against NVA. U13 and U19 lost. Not a bad start to the season and new league.

You mean Loudoun, not NVA. VRSC played second teams consisting of kids who can’t make NVA. NVA has real MLS Next.

I can see why MLS Next did this. Striver parents love to tell other people their kid plays MLS Next and hope no one understands the difference.

Excuse me, that is how it was on the schedule, my mistake. No intentions of grandeur .

Where is the schedule?

https://www.mlssoccer.com/mlsnext/schedule/academy_division/

You can select by team and age group to look up each schedule. It very clearly says Loudoun LOL.

VRSC is playing Loudoun two more times this year, so PP has plenty of chances to get it straight! BTW is it normal for the same teams to play each other 3 times a year? Seems repetitive compared to ECNL RL.

It's not normal and really only done when there isn't enough teams in the league. MLS' attempt to gain traction on the youth market. Competition between ecnl and mls is good for the consumer, it absolutely sucks for youth soccer in america. That's why we are getting cooked by teams like S Korea.

If the teams are relatively even, I don't see the problem with playing each other multiple times. Its better than driving four hours for one game. My kid plays RL and I'd rather say play Valor twice than drive all the way to Richmond for one game.

How bout you stay on your LS/NVA drama board.

We got a bar to celebrate our wins against whatever team you guys bring into our palace…where your home at..hahahaha

Viva La Revolution, only the strong will survive

Your Northern Virginia Alliance is nothing more than a money grab for what used to be an ECNL team…who are you 8n an alliance with….hahahaha no one from Loudoun feeds your team, Valor is gone, GFR is gone…

Most NVA parents just upset they lost their ECNL badge…here at Revolution every day is better than the last..

We are the future, you are the past. Soon we will be in first, your sad ex ECNL WILL BE EATING….well you know 😂😂😂

☝🏻this poster might be trolling Loudoun Parents 😂😂😂

True. Though the whole reason for having to drive to Richmond is because the teams in this area are split into too many leagues. If they had all stayed in one league there would be plenty of teams to play locally with no repeats needed.

I shouldn't even respond to your rudeness and smarta$$ comment. I don't spend my time looking at the small patches on the uniforms to see exactly what they say. I spend my time watching the game not reading the uniforms. But I do look at the schedule in Playmetrics to see the team listed there. So, I was going by what was listed. Thank you very much.

So you were boasting, talking ish and got called out about talking ish about the wrong team but now want to play the victim 😂

Its completely ridiculous, agree. Everyone should join MLS Next B League or ECRL, that's what would be better for the kids and families and the coaches. No one wants to drive all the way to richmond or va beach when they could just go to Reston or Arlington. Its nonsense.

I'm really puzzled as to how a parent invested in soccer enough to find and post on this obscure little board, would also be a parent so completely confused that they don't know which team their child played.

Bizarre!

This board is not that obscure. I have walked behind parents at games and seen it pulled up on their phones!

It isn't obscure and maybe this parent isn't as much of a crazy soccer parent as all of you and just wanted to post on the VRSC site about the VRSC teams that won. If they are new to the area they might not have realized NVA was wrong on "Playmetrics" and was actually Loudoun.

Whatever the reason all of you were ready to be judgy and treat them like crap. This board is nasty!

Oh please, you are talking about yourself .We can tell from the syntax.

The club loads all the games into playmetrics from a spreadsheet. No WAY did they accidentally put "NVA" in. Its all automated.

It's ok to be wrong but when you're LOUD and bring be prepared for the backlash. It's like the parents that scream offsides when the opposing team started in their own half. When they got aggressively corrected all of a sudden they want to squeal "everyone makes mistakes 😢" 😂

Now why would they do that, when the teams play in completely separate leagues? No VRSC team would ever be playing any NVA team in league play.

Your story doesn't make sense.

Any why not again? Loudoun, NVA, and Revolution are all in the same league/division.

Isn't NVA MLS A division and Loudoun and VRSC MLS B division?
