Blake Lively- Jason Baldoni and NYT - False Light claims

Since we now believe everything on Reddit, please enjoy some Daily Mail body language expert analysis about RR’s SNL skit last night.

There is no way that Baldoni or Lively had anything to do with those faked leaked complaints. I don’t understand why everyone thinks they are sitting around engaging in very public mud-slinging campaigns during a case where doing any of that would destroy their case. They aren’t even well done—and they don’t help either party. We will know as soon as her amended complaint comes out that they are fake. Those actresses don’t need to weigh in and encourage future fakes.

I agree the source is highly dubious, but the fact that those "documents" are floating around makes me thing the rumor will have legs and everyone will have to address it.

Apparently it was pro-JB "creators" who started the rumor? Which, if true, is bad for JB? It smells super fishy but in a way I can't make sense of.

Floating around where? Reddit? What a joke.

A podcast, one that has mentioned here before and is pro Baldoni. Daily dose of Dana.

Reddit is just summarizing the podcast. It's all super weird.

Stranger that they haven’t said they are real

The way I see it is…their silence is acceptance. If those HR complaints were false wouldn’t you want to set the record straight? I am Team Baldoni by the way but I am thinking that the complaints may have been filed after Blake’s complaint was filed in support of her.
The other 2 actresses probably are stepping back now because of public opinion and the backlash that has happened with Blake. I still don’t think Baldoni is guilty but that doesn’t mean that Blake didn’t convince these ladies after the fact to complain. It would be nice if the dates weren’t redacted.

Also where is Sony in all this? Surely they should say something if it’s in accurate info. I wouldn’t want anyone that works for me thinking the company’s HR department just allows leaks of confidential info.

I don’t think Slate or Ferrar are even aware of these fake documents.

Both things can be true - the SNL appearance means Hollywood is on their side. But also shows RR/BL don't think this SH was very serious or they wouldn't be joking about it.

Lady, no serious person responds to you tube podcasts and reddit threads. No “news” outlet has run with them, which suggests their provenance is very sketchy. I have a theory about who would benefit from their release but want to see the Amemded Complaint first.

Pro tip, when an article says "the internet is abuzz with..." That's a tell for a planted story. The PR team creates the phony "buzz" and then runs to a trusted outlet with the "story."

+1 no need to respond unless it hits mainstream press.

This whole thing is a made up story. Watch the whole thing - Costner mildly smiles by the end of the joke about the coneheads. He’s just chewing gum. (Though, if serial cheater Kevin Costner disapproves of how you treat your wife, you might be doing something right.)
