Most of the teams do not have coaches listed?
Previous years the coaches hired were shared prior to tryouts.

Paul Ellis forgot to hire coaches. Oopsie!!

Expect a full slate of parent coaches next year. Its just like rec, but for $3300 more.

I heard they don’t have any other coaches other than lead coach hired for one age group, despite what parents are being told. I can only assume the same for many others. We are out.

How do you just...forget to hire coaches?

How many parent coaches do they have right now? We have been at two different clubs and never had a coach with a kid on the team or known of any.

Was it 2013 boys? That's what I heard about boys 2013. One coach hired, three coaches needed.

Its not at all normal in club soccer. The vast majority of parents would not knowingly sign their kid up for a situation like that.

Was it 2013 boys? That's what I heard about boys 2013. One coach hired, three coaches needed.

No lol different age group. So yeah this is probably the case for most age groups. How does a travel soccer club fail to perform one of its most basic functions? Can the board force PE and DS out? They are going to run Valor into the ground. What a shame because it's a convenient location for so many families and they have access to a lot of fields.

I heard they only had a head coach for u9 boys and need to hire four more. If the coaches are actually named at tryouts could someone post their names? We are attending a different tryout with hired coaches.

Is there a shortage of coaches in this whole area? Parents of other clubs posting about not having coaches listed.
