They don't want to split the $. Banfield's standard of living would have plummeted after divorce. He wasn't having it. |

Because while he remains under the presumption of innocence, he has legal custody of his daughter and thus the right to determine with whom and where she will live while he is indisposed pending trial. He might get out on bail and continue to primary parent her, who knows. At some point if the mother’s family can make a showing that the paternal grandmother is unfit then maybe they get custody. |

Absolutely true. It's always about the money. They also don't want to lose their house, and don't want to pay child support. The spousal killings are not irrational...they are planned out with forethought and intention. |

Now that he’s in jail, I can say that. He sat right next to me at Juliana’s hearing. I was sitting at the end of the bench and he was like “Can I sit here?” So arrogant and with such a sense of superiority. His whole energy was draining me.
That seems to be gone in these arrest videos. |

I thnk she'll get more than a year, but I bet she did flip. I bet they were able to use some digital trail to lock her into the ruse with Joe. As she's getting closer to her trial, the pressure was building...and she got a deal. I bet it's around 5 yrs jail, but she has to testify against BB. That gives enough jail time that she doesn't get away with murder, but she gets credit because she's the one person who can lock BB into the whole plan. |

I think so too, from what they said in the press conference. They would have just said no if that wasn’t the case, I think. Also, she’s probably been trying to communicate with him and asking him to fulfill his false promises, realized it’ll never happened and flipped. Not sure how her defense will play out now, if BB was paying for it. |
