Wonder if PP ever heard of EBIDTA? |

We know Trump family creates fake expenses and inflated depreciation deductions out of thin air. The NYTs exposed all of this with Fred Trump’s estate, but the statute of limitations has passed. Does anyone really believe Trump’s deductions are legit? They are multitudes higher than other individuals at the same income level.
|
That’s the sad thing about the IRS. They go after lower income tax fraud/avoidance but they don’t have the resources to put away the people who do it in a big way like Trump |
I'm sure he'll be suing the NYT for libel any minute now... |
By design. https://itep.org/congressional-budget-office-confirms-that-irs-budget-cuts-lose-money-and-benefit-the-rich/ |
No, he won't. Why? He'll open himself up to Discovery and the NYT's attorneys will gain access to his financial documents and tax returns. Why? Because truth is an absolute defene to libel. |
And that’s utterly shameful |
+1 This happens every other month. Someone prints something negative about Trump. Trump yells fake news and whines that it’s untrue and that he will sue. And then he doesn’t because it’s all true (or the truth is worse than what has been printed. |

Pretty sure that was sarcasm bro |

| If anyone thinks Trumps supporters will care about this they are mistaken. |
I don't think you read the article. The consulting fees paid to Ivanka, a Trump employee, were made to reduce and deflate his income? Tax fraud. Falsely declaring a private residence as a business investment? Tax fraud. There's more but those are some easy examples that jumped out. Also the nearly $79 million tax refund seems to have been based on lies. Tax fraud. |
Ah yes, flinging poo, the time-honored chimpanzee fighting tradition. |
Yeah PP, be sure to deduct $750 from that amount. |
