NOT RUMORS ANYMORE, WHAT THE HELL. https://www.soccerwire.com/news/report-u-s-soccer-to-permanently-close-entire-development-academy/ |
It’s the parents’ identity. |
I TOLD YOU PEOPLE!! You refused to believe it. It’s done! No more DA! |
Crazy! What will all those clubs do? |
I wonder about the people that were driving to put their U12s into a starter pre-DA. This is funny. |
Try to find a new moniker to use to denote kids as super special elite so parents can walk around beating their chests. |
Wow!!! I guess those ID sessions were for naught. Those poor, poor Arlington 2008 red team girl parents.
|
| Ouch! |

What happens to the DCU Academy teams? And they just were building facilities for the move to Loudoun.
I guess they need to go find new Club teams? |

The other thread cites Several D1 college programs announcing they will be completely shutdown for good. Not just for the virus. No more ever.
I guess all these soccer dads banking on DA programs (which no longer exist Effective today) will now have to realize they’re kid likely won’t be playing college soccer either. Academics, baby. F@ck the zoom soccer training. Time to study. |

What Division 1 colleges are getting rid of
Soccer? On the DA stuff this is incredibly sad and stressful for kids at a time they are already stressed. Also stressful for ECNl players who may worry what this means. Why would anyone find this entertaining? Hopefully all these clubs will find an ECNL spot. I wonder also if the coaches for the DA programs are worried about employment. |
