I'll play, because I think you legitimately don't know and are not actually trolling. If a female is infected with HIV she can transmit it to her partner when they have anal sex. The lining of the anal canal is very fragile and bleeds easily, hence the possibility for HIV infection.

I would stop short of saying extremely difficult. It's less likely to be contracted than through IV drugs or anal sex. However, anytime there are bodily fluids and even slightly broken skin (you know that happens), the risk of transmission is there.

Well I guess my friend was an anomaly. She died in the first waves of the AIDS epidemic, 1987 at the ripe old age of 23. She was not a drug user, never took part in the drug scene. She was young, beautiful, full of life, full of love, and very caring. She had only been with two men in her life, her ex-husband and then current boyfriend. My friend did not fit any of the profiles for AIDS patients and the doctors could not figure it out, until they ran out of options and tested her. She died within six oaths of diagnosis. Her ex-husband died four months later. She contracted the virus heterosexually from her husband when she slipped back into his cheating arms one night. So excuse me if I doubt your assessment that it's highly unlikely that AIDS can be transmitted via heterosexual sex.

Heterosexual transmission of aids is not that rare. It's rarer than homosexual transmission because anal has a higher transmission rate and heterosexual couples engage in less anal comparatively. Vaginal transmission is is still something like .5-1% transmission (not sure of the exact number)...that is far from "rare". Infectivity can also decrease/increase based on several factors, such as how long the other person has been infected for.

I agree that Denise was genuinely in love with him. Brooke, on the other hand, who knows. She was so high and messed up when they divorced that she didn't even get sole custody of the boys.

The man has been out of control for a long time and he was basically wasted and sleeping with people in the sex industry it sounds like. I don't think that those people and their lives, their health were "real" to him. They existed to please him - they probably weren't much more than objects in his mind which is why it was such a shocker to him to find out that these people also had minds of their own and weren't just an extension of himself. What's sad though, is that he chose to be intimate with girls who would later blackmail him for millions.

He invited people into his home who were SELLING their bodies for sex. These people weren't even looking out for their own well being. Why the hell would Charlie Sheen expect them to be loyal, trustworthy, upstanding friends to him. He sure wasn't treating them with any kind of love. What is so sad here is that the ONLY reason Charlie Sheen confessed this was because he was being blackmailed and was on the verge of full exposure so that is the only reason he did it. For his own needs. And that says a lot about his character.
