Caution, everyone. An arrest doesn't mean guilt. Innocent until proven guilt...... While I sincerely hope that they have found the perpetrator of this horrendous crime, we need to be careful not to convict someone on the media, on this board or even in our own minds. Due process.

Sex, skin color, hair color - they are basic physical descriptors used pretty universally as identifiers

Thank you for posting that. I was trying to earlier and it wouldn't paste for some reason. Particularly this quote:

CNN confirmed the news at 1:45 p.m. local time when journalist John King said both a federal source and a Boston law enforcement source confirmed the news. Reporter Fran Townsend then added over the phone that “there is an arrest that has been made in the Boston bombing case based off of two independent videos.”

The suspect is now expected to arrive at a federal courthouse in Boston.

New stations are now backtracking on the arrest report saying that 3 top law enforcement officials confirm that no one has been arrested. At this point it is anyone's guess. We will have to wait until we hear official report.

I would trust the Onion over any of the three.
