I would suppose they are pretimed posts, social media can be programmed to release at certain times so one does not need to be awake to issue the tweet. Either way, the appending of the meme to the main video had to be deliberate. That is not an accident.

Whether he posted it himself or someone under him is irrelevant. If it was indeed an error, a lapse in judgement by someone under him, then most normal people would immediately remove it and express sincere apologies, rather than blaming someone.

If it was an error, then the office of the president, the highest government office in the USA, has horrifically lax oversight of social media. Their oversight is of a lower bar than your average brand company that posts on social media like Nike, or whatever. That is dangerous. That is incompetent.
