You can't rely on the rule of law, if judges don't do so. Many of these federal judge orders are illegal, they do not have jurisdiction. |

(Not going to quote all the nonsense ) To this PP, just because Fox News and Claudia McLaughlin say it doesn't make it true. The government has no case against the guy. Read Jeff's post today. Anyone with half a brain knows that the government is going after him, persecuting him, to cover up their own incompetence. The only thing they are more than incompetent is cruel. |

The biggest difference between you and me isn't our position on Trump or Kilmar. It isn't even our critical thinking skills. Its that I believe in, and I will work to defend, the rule of law. I believe in the Constitution and due process. I believe in democracy. I believe that even the person with the darkest soul, who has committed the worst crimes, has rights. Even if I could send Stephen Miller to Uganda, I would not because it would go against everything this country stands for. |

Filled with errors. For example, the judge did not rule 72 hours notice before arresting him. It was 72 hours notice before deporting him to a third country. Excluding weekends, that happens to line up with Wednesday 4:01 PM. |

Stephen Miller is a citizen. Citizens can’t be deported. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an illegal immigrant who has a final deportation order issued by an immigration judge. He’s had his due process. He has no right to be here. You are not defending the rule of law. You are defending lawlessness and the open borders insanity Biden brought to our country. |
