Well.... we saw which emperor had no clothes, now didn't we?

Don't worry your pretty little heads. Trump will debate whoever the Dem nominee is.

And, I find it quite humorous that people here are actually saying Trump is scared to debate. You can say a lot of things about Trump, but accusing him of being scared or a coward is flat out hilarious.

The man jumped up and pumped his fist after someone tried to blow his head off. He is the farthest thing there is from a coward. He’s badass. And you guys can’t stand it.

Trump is a nasty bully and he’s going to get his a$$ handed to him by a woman. 🤣

Maybe. I personally don’t think so. Either way he’s a badass and not remotely cowardly. But you’ll never admit that.

he's afraid to debate Kamala Harris!

There’s nothing factual about this statement. But okay.

Take a long hard look in the mirror. Trump can easily say "I will debate Kamala Harris or whoever the nominee is on September 10th." It's that simple. But he refuses to do so, even though he has absolutely no credible or legitimate reason. He is afraid, and you're the one trying to deflect and spin.

Why September 10?.

It would be nice to have a debate, but it is smart political decision to avoid another debate. No benefit to him by risking a bad debate with Kamala after his boost from the terrible debate with Biden.

Exactly, he has everything to lose by debating. His age will be on full display. But he's literally not going to get any younger by putting off the debate. Just get it over with and maybe you have time to patch up the damage. Wait too long, and Harris will have you looking like a dottering old fool in the homestretch before election day.

He's scared his brain will malfunction from what Kamala says.

Previously agreed upon date for the second debate.

It’s just so simple! He didn’t say exactly what PP said he should, therefore he’s afraid and he’s clearly backing out of the debate. Couldn’t possibly be because the Dems can’t get their sh¡t together and he’s capitalizing on that. There couldn’t possibly be any other explanation than PP’s.

It's becoming increasingly evident that a lot of Democrats are all of a sudden very cocky and overly sure of themselves. I mean, to actually lie about what he said is something, but this seems to be their MO. Lie, spin, gaslight, rinse, repeat. He simply said he would wait to see who the official nominee is and then make plans.

His stated reason is that many in the party, namely Barack Hussein Obama thinks Harris is a Marxist and is waiting for someone else to be the nominee, and therefore he'll do the same. Considering Barack Hussein Obama endorsed Harris, what's the rationale for waiting? Why even publish this thing about a September 10th debate?

I’ll say it again: he’s mad that he’s not the center of attention. That’s why he released it, only instead of everyone clutching their pearls at the idiocy and degradation of standards in that idiotic press release, everyone’s just making fun of him for being obviously terrified of Harris.

There has never been any debate agreed between Harris and Trump, and that remains to be negotiated. A week ago, people were asking about a debate between Vance and Harris. and the Trump campaign replied they were waiting to see who Harris would nominate for VP.

Actually, the Trump campaign (specifically Vance) would not agree to a debate because there was no guarantee that Harris would be the VP candidate.
And, as it turns out, it looks like he was right.

Now, the Trump campaign will not commit to a debate with Harris because, once again, there is no guarantee that she will be the official candidate.
Pretty smart of them if you ask me.

This thread is utterly ridiculous. He, in no way, said he was "pulling out" of any debate. Amazing spin (lies) by DCUM's finest.

They are simply following the lead of the left media. It is expected.
They are also playing revisionist history when it comes to Kamala Harris' positions on issues and on her record. The media is outright deleting previously written articles that are critical of her or that outline her far left positions. It is something you would see in North Korea or another communist country. Quite stunning, actually. They seem to think that these pieces cannot be found if they delete them. They seem to think the voting public is stupid.
We are quite aware of their lies and their cover ups.

The statement says he refuses to schedule a debate. That's HIS statement. What do you think he said?

He refuses to schedule a debate until the candidate is finalized. Why do you keep leaving that part out?
Oh I know why - it makes your “Trump canceled the debate” argument fall apart if you leave it in.

the candidate is finalized, it's Harris.

BS. The candidate won't be finalized until the DNC. Why are you gaslighting?
DP

The candidate will be finalized before the DNC because Ohio.

It is clear who the Democrat candidate will be. The Trump strategy seems to be pretending up is down and saying chaos is around every corner over and over hoping people believe him.

The decision is clear, the democrats are united and will be working hard to defeat Trump.

Do we know the outcome, nope. We are, however, hopeful and have momentum.

This babbling statement is nonsense. Trump is scared and making things up. The uncertainty and chaos is no more real than the hurricane path he drew with a sharpie.

A BBC satirical show a number of years ago had a politician pull out at the last minute. So they replaced him with a tub of lard.

What could we put on Trump’s podium? A bag of Cheetos?

Trump has not pulled out.

To be honest, the only one who has pulled out of the debate is cognitively challenged Joe.
