Anybody else who shows up, including the Spencer twins and the Middletons, aren't there for royal duties of any kind, they're just there for the fun.

I'm the pp who posted the pic of Carole and I'm realizing now that she's wearing a slightly different dress from the others, which are more a toile pattern.

So I don't know if this is a sundress. But as has been pointed out by others above, neither Zara nor Carole is a "working royal" and Carole isn't even royal. Instead they're just at Wimbledon for the fun. So if there are rules around this, they're probably different for them?

Also, Wimbledon is only "royal work" for the person who hands out the trophies, which has been Kate in the past (leaving aside the definition of "work"). Anybody else who shows up, including the Spencer twins and the Middletons, aren't there for royal duties of any kind, they're just there for the fun.

Somebody posted a picture of Meghan in a white evening outfit from this week. Is that not good enough? You need to stop letting Meghan live rent-free in your head.
