In my humble opinion, while he is great to look at - he seems like a bad boy type of guy.

He cheated on his first wife (w/the hot Nanny) as well as had substance abuse issues in the marriage.

I think he initiated the break-up w/J Lo both times.
I think he led her to believe the second time that he had changed & that he was more mature + solid than he was in ‘04.
He gave in to marrying her on impulse because she likely pressured him into it since twenty yrs. previously he dumped her making her look like a fool in ❤️.

But reigniting a past relationship always has its challenges when reality sets in + one is forced to face (yet again!) the same issues that once broke up the previous union sadly still remain no matter how much you want to forget they ever existed.

Shortly after they reunited there were a ton of photos of them together where it appeared that they were arguing and he looked inebriated.

Then to gloat on and on about “true love” and “second chances” while also incorporating an entire album, documentary and short movie about it was true overkill.
Now J Lo has egg on her face and looks worse this time around because she is now an aging celebrity so her odds of finding a great guy are close to nil.
Also, she now has her fourth divorce on her record lowering her desirability.

This is 100% not surprising. Her entire staff is all about creating and maintaining the J Lo empire and her media presence/persona. Ben hated all that and it was probably a constant struggle with him not wanting to go to events, not wanting to be part of the SM circus, etc. in the Venn diagram of what Ben and Jen had in common, her staff was all in the non-intersecting part of to r circle.
