I don't like the dress (at all), but taste is subjective, so whatever. But, why does she insist on wearing long sleeved things with neck ties in nearly 90 degree weather? You'd think that it would be horribly uncomfortable.

I agree it's a beautiful color but, like so many Ivanka outfits, it's sort of ....almost right? I hate the neck bow with it. Between the neck bow, the loose sleeves, the flowy skirt, it's just a mess of fabric floating around. Without the neckbow, it might be really pretty.
But I'm still not sure that it would be the most flattering cut for her figure. All that fabric probably makes her look bigger than she is. I think this is a good dress for someone really thin (fills them out), or for someone who is on the big size and curvy (accentuates the waist.) For someone who is essentially thin but with a really large chest, I think it just makes her look kind of big. But I admit that I don't really know what's right for someone with that figure.

Agreed + She needs to get her hair out of the way. It's competes with the bow...and frankly just looks unkept.
