War with Iran

Iran has declared that they will allow friendly ships through the Strait of Hormuz, and Trump has declared unconditional surrender can mean just no more attacks. Thankfully, both sides are going to TACO, and back off from this not-a-war. Knock on wood.

Some more BS. Will you ever stop posting propaganda and start using actual, credible sources?

https://apnews.com/article/israel-iran-war-shelters-missiles-245b1675544434848160845a2e991b9d

Arabs have been denied access in the past as reported by France24 (also Al Jaeera and Middle East Eye can't be trusted, right?) So what makes one want to trust that anything has changed in less than a year without proof?

Why don't the Israelis stop censoring what's going on in Israel? Why is there a media blackout? AP and other MSM can't be trusted because why is some news being allowed to be reported? MSM lied about what went on in Gaza for months until there was too much evidence of war crimes and genocide.

(From June 2025)
Israel: Arab-Israelis face unequal access to bomb shelters
https://www.france24.com/en/middle-east/20250624-arab-israelis-unequal-access-bomb-shelters-iran-missile-attacks

As the ceasefire between Israel and Iran remains fragile, there has been a growing number of reports in recent days of people in Israel being denied access to bomb shelters, particularly Arab-Israeli citizens.

Since the initial Iranian attacks on June 13, several videos have been circulating on social media, showing scenes where individuals are being turned away or prevented from entering Israeli shelters.

Ofer Cassif, an Israeli lawmaker for the left-wing Hadash-Taal alliance: Since the war with Iran began, there have been daily cases of people who have to run to shelters because of the sirens. Almost every day, there are cases of people who are not allowed into a shelter. Cases have been reported, mainly involving Arab citizens, but also foreign workers, families from Ukraine, and people with pets

And then there's also the systemic racism:

The Times: Iranian Attacks on Israel Shine a Light on Shelter Shortage
https://removepaywalls.com/https://www.nytimes.com/2026/02/28/world/middleeast/israel-bomb-shelter-shortage-iran.html

More than three million people in Israel live in places without “standard protection,” according to a report published in January by Israel’s state comptroller, citing data from early 2025. That finding underscores the vulnerability of nearly a third of Israel’s population should Iranian ballistic missiles strike near their homes.

The lack of safe spaces is particularly stark in Arab communities in Israel, where few working public shelters exist. Only 37 of the 11,775 public shelters are in Arab municipalities, and eight of those are not fit for use, the state comptroller report said.

This is why the US should never support Israel ever again. It is not a democracy because the jews that live there are racist and warmongers. There is no left wing in Israel--they are merely the least right wing.

93% of Israeli Jews support war with Iran, Arab Israelis show far less support
https://allisraelnews.com/93-of-israeli-jews-support-war-with-iran-arab-israelis-are-x

A whopping 93% of Jewish Israelis said they support the ongoing U.S.-Israeli military offensive against the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to an Israel Democracy Institute (IDI) survey released on Wednesday. The survey showed that support for "Operation Roaring Lion" was overwhelming across the political spectrum in Israel.

Nearly all right-wing voters (97%) said they support the ongoing offensive against Iran, while 93% of centrist voters also back the military campaign against the Islamist ayatollah regime. Even among left-wing voters – who are typically more critical of military operations – more than three-quarters (76%) support the campaign against Tehran.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been a divisive figure in Israeli politics in recent years. However, the survey found that about 74% of Jewish Israelis trust Netanyahu to some extent when it comes to the war with Iran, suggesting that many who typically oppose him are backing the government during the conflict with the ayatollah regime in Tehran.

By contrast, the Arab Israeli minority is far more skeptical than the Jewish majority in Israel. Only 26% of Arab Israelis expressed their support for the military operation in Iran.

I know. I just can't take it that our government is taking action against an Iranian regime who has killed Americans and sponsors terrorism across the region and the world

Iran is a sovereign nation, other nations must be allowed to develop missiles, warheads, and nuclear weapons. This American christo-fascist imperialism is beyond the pale.

/satire

Does anyone seriously believe that allowing sponsors of terrorism to have missiles and nuclear weapons is a good idea? All of the other gulf countries support this. Are people posting here really braindead, or just naive children? Crazy times.

+100
They are clearly braindead. However, I have to remember that it's probably only a handful of crazies who post over and over and that only a tiny sliver of people are actually on this website. This is not at all representative of the U.S. as a whole, thankfully.

Once again, every accusation a confession. There are a couple of far right weirdos posting pro-war pro-Israel propaganda.

Ooh, now describe the far-left psychos posting outlandish, pro-IRGC propaganda without any credible source to back them up. We see you and will call you out on every one of your BS claims.

Okay maga! You do that.

Ever notice how the US mainstream media has all their reporters in Israel? Over a thousand miles from the front and everything they “report” has to go through Israeli censors.

The one man who stood in the way of Iran building a nuclear weapon was the ayatollah. He was religiously against it and issued a fatwa against it.

We actually killed the guy who was against nuclear weapons.

Yet we are at war to prevent Them from nuclear weapons. Lol. What a scam. This is worse than WMD and Iraq

Per China’s Xinhua News and Turkish news site Haberler:

Explosions have now been heard over Baghdad. Iran is now bombarding the U.S. Basra military base.
And major U.S. defense contractor KBF in Baghdad has been “engulfed in blames”.

This is retaliation for the U.S. bombing of a desalination plant in Iran, destroying the water supply to 30 villages.

Spot the difference: the U.S. and Israel first bomb civilian infrastructure. Iran retaliates by first bombing military infrastructure.

And 👇

Note:
The six GCC countries hold ~45–60% of global desalination capacity, making it the most desalination-dependent region on Earth. E.g., Kuwait is dependent on desalination for 90% of its drinking water.

Desalination plants are strategic national-security targets and an overlooked vulnerability.
It connects to the water warsI wrote about last year: THE major geopolitical stressor of the 21st century, though most fighting won’t be directly over water itself.

It’s the same play book as Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, etc. I wish the US was the good guys but it is obvious we are not. This is Israel and maga’s corrupting influence.

A country’s military is a direct reflection of the society it serves, embodying its values, diversity, and cultural norms. What has the US become?

My god, you can't be serious. Now tell us about who you think the "good guys" are here. Iran?? Tell us about their values and cultural norms and how moral they are. This should be good.

They actually are following the Torah more than Israel is

This poster wins the most disgusting award. I bet you get a nice bonus from the IRGC for that doozy. Congratulations on your fawning support for a brutal terroristic state.

Did I lie though?

DP - maybe no one is the good guy here. Chew on that. The US has lost its credibility and moral authority.

I just have to laugh at this. The US is far from perfect, but to make this claim while we are trying to liberate a terrorist state is really rich. Sure, the Americans are just terrible and Iran is a very special, very moral place. Wow.

Death is liberation? I don’t think turning children to hamburger meat and buildings to dust is liberating anybody.

We are really judging Israel for thinking this is normal

Their pathology of paranoia and fear makes sense if that’s how they treat their neighbors.

six Americans dead and no coherent explanation of why we’re fighting this war. https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/07/us/politics/trump-dover-dignified-transfer-iran.html

The bodies of the first American service members killed in President Trump’s war with Iran returned to the United States at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware on Saturday afternoon. Their families were waiting for them there. And so was their president.

He stood solemnly at attention on the tarmac of the air base, a white “USA” cap on his head. It was similar to the one he wore that night last weekend when he launched the war from a makeshift situation room at Mar-a-Lago. Now, exactly one week later, he stared silently as some of the human consequences of that decision passed before his eyes.

One by one, six silver cases draped in star-spangled flags emerged from the hull of a hulking, gunmetal gray C-17 military cargo plane. The cases, carried by the white-gloved hands of soldiers, contained the remains of Americans who had hailed from Iowa and Florida, California, Minnesota and Nebraska, too. They all died together half a world away in a place called Port Shuaiba, in Kuwait, killed by an Iranian drone. The youngest among them was 20 years old.
