If we see 200,000 blackouts then we can safely bet it's Trump's name. Somebody has a copy of everything and one way or another these files will become public. I loathe Trump and think Epstein was evil, but that video looks fake. What's more likely is that Trump was around--and at minimum socialized with older young females, like 14-17 y.o., rather than younger ones--and also socialized with men who were known to have sex with underage girls. Trump owned a modeling agency and a beauty pageant company that included Miss Teen USA. That means that he was around females as young as 14 affiliated with his modeling agency (based on reports, Trump Model Management's website indicated they recruited girls as young as 14) and his Miss Teen USA organization (Donald Trump owned the Miss Teen USA pageant, as part of the Miss Universe Organizatio frn,om 1996 to 2015. During this period, contestants were typically between the ages of 14 and 19 years old.) According to the article below, he and Epstein and other older men like John Casablancas, who ran Elite Model Management and was known to have sexual relations with underage girls, also partied with teen models. "Speaking to the Guardian, four former Elite models say that in the late 80s or early 90s, when they were teenagers, the agency required them to attend private dinners with Trump, Casablancas and sometimes other men." Trump's "close involvement in the contest raises questions for the president. Did he know that Casablancas and others were sleeping with contestants? Everyone knew about Trump’s teen beauty pageant interests when they elected him.
Unless someone comes up with incontrovertible proof he actually slept with or molested an underage girl (age 17 or below), MAGA will not care. |

I wouldn't put it past Trump and Bondi and Patel and the rest to just have documents outright destroyed, violating laws. I don't trust them as far as I can bowl them. I'm just hoping that there are people within the FBI and DoJ who will whistleblow if that's what unfolds. |

What’s lost in all of this is what the norms were in the days that Trump and Epstein hung together. It was all “locker room behavior” and “girls asking for it” and “boys will be boys”. Sexual harassment was rampant and not something women were supposed to complain about. They were supposed to feel flattered. |

Not PP, but so what? All he wants is to clear his conscience. If the files are all redacted, and you can bet that they are, for Trump, then he won't go any further. He just wants to show people he tried. That's neither good nor bad, I just want to point out that all his efforts might amount to nothing much that YOU want. |

Very true... but how far do we want to protect the old way of life? If the victims decide their lives were adversely impacted by decisions that were essentially made for them by the adults and culture of their day (go along with it, because you're a girl and that's all the opportunity you'll get), we should honor that, shouldn't we? I understand that the perpetrators feel betrayed by modern voices elevated against them, because they thought the culture would never change... but that's a little too easy, isn't it? |
