What documents destroyed? Do you think the Biden DOJ wouldn't have leaked that in a New York minute if they had anything on Trump. Time to get real.

There aren't releasing most of the Epstein documents and records because it is classified as child pornography, plain and simple. Do you really want that dumped out to the public???

They cannot afford to destroy documents because they know that someone, somewhere has a copy of everything. Quite likely, Maxwell knows who and isn't saying until she has her pardon and is living in Israel.

What’s lost in all of this is what the norms were in the days that Trump and Epstein hung together. It was all “locker room behavior” and “girls asking for it” and “boys will be boys”. Sexual harassment was rampant and not something women were supposed to complain about. They were supposed to feel flattered.

Very true... but how far do we want to protect the old way of life? If the victims decide their lives were adversely impacted by decisions that were essentially made for them by the adults and culture of their day (go along with it, because you're a girl and that's all the opportunity you'll get), we should honor that, shouldn't we? I understand that the perpetrators feel betrayed by modern voices elevated against them, because they thought the culture would never change... but that's a little too easy, isn't it?

My only point was (poorly articulated in rereading) that it’s weird for the perpetrators to pretend that they would never have been party to such behavior. As if they were ahead of their time instead of actually being the worst of that era.
