Random, but one bizarre thing about the whole Epstein crowd was the number of photos they took. This wasn’t a time where people were whipping their phones out of their pockets and snapping pics every time they leave the house like we do today. They very intentionally had cameras around ALL the time and had those photos developed. Everything from normal-looking photos of friends gathering to disturbing FRAMED photos of girls being harmed to photos of empty rooms. Did they get off on the photos and were too egotistical to think those would ever come back on them? Or were these photos constant reminders that everyone present was blackmailed for life? Idk, every time I see new pics of happy, smiling pics of these sickos, I think about the process and intentionality of it.

She was from Austria in the same way Ivana was a model on her country's Olympic ski team and Marla Maples was an actress.

You cannot rely on an NDA to avoid testifying under subpoena and no judge would enforce an NDA in the face of a valid subpoena. You may be required to make some feint at resisting the subpoena to ensure you really are legally compelled. Most NDAs now are written to explicitly exclude a response to a validly issued subpoena from a court of competent jurisdiction, but Trump has such terrible lawyers that they probably didn’t include that. I don’t know enough about congressional subpoenas to know if they are self enforcing. It’s possible that a cautious person would say to Congress — look, I’m nervous about the NDA so you Congress need to go to a court and get an order compelling my testimony before you.

I know everyone generally hates NDAs but I’m actually a fan of them. Most defendant arent ever going to pay out a settlement if they think the person is going to turn around and put the accusations all over the internet. But you need exception for cooperation with government agencies, whistleblowing, subpoena response, etc.

I hope this true, but for all of her money and fame, I never seen any proof of it, let alone “fluently”.
Only one YouTube video occasionally when she spoke few french sentences in kindergarten visit (and people like gasp!!).

I expect the fluent like Pete Buttigieg level…
