let’s talk hypotheticals here. If the FBI found this information, how would the IC try to contain the possible damage that could have been done by it falling into the wrong hands?

The “leaks” are not the story. If it’s confirmed in a subsequent filing that these documents were found by DOJ, what will republican politicians say?

Sometimes I feel fear and then I think "NO, it can't be that bad" and go on with life. It's denial as a survival mechanism.

I think this means Trump will be indicted very soon.

Also add … it could also mean that Trump attorneys Bobb and Corcoran are about to be brought in by FBI to answer some questions about obstruction since they both provided false statements to the FBI about the existence of classified docs at Mar-a-Lago. Either way, this timing of this story is just as important as the content.

Both are going to be disbarred but to keep from going to prison they will turn on him in a heartbeat.

There is nothing before the appeals court. Not even the record as it stands had been transmitted yet. There is a protective notice of appeal filed in the district court contingent on a one week stay of the injunction. If Cannin doesn’t stay her injunction DOJ will ask for an emergency stay from the 11th Circuit next week. DOJ isn’t messing around with its filing..

Cannon is most likely already talking to the “conservatives” judges on the 11th. They will coordination her actions so as to give trump the most favorable results. In the meantime look for everything to move in slow motion. No way Cannon will accept DOJ’s time line. The judicial branch has trump’s back. He is untouchable unfortunately.
