Either way, this timing of this story is just as important as the content.

Both are going to be disbarred but to keep from going to prison they will turn on him in a heartbeat.

They swore false affidavits on behalf of their client. There's a reason why he had them do it instead of himself. He set them up to be his fall guys. It's up to them whether to take the full fall though.
