He went through a week of training but was discharged.

God, mental instability?

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but in this article it says that Nelly said she had never heard of the suspect in regards to his time as an employee at AIW or otherwise.

The man is either crazy or truly believes this guy is not involved.
He called Wint a nice guy and pretty much defended his past behavior.
I have to say, I have never heard of Ficker until now, and I am not impressed.

Wants to represent him again now that this case is famous. Pig.

Clearly you're either new to town or smugly operate with your head up your ass. Ficker has been around forever -- much cited in local media as both a defense attorney and a heckler at local sports events. The fact that you've "never heard of him" has about as much merit as all the other lazy-ass armchair analyses of this horrible crime. Shame to so many of you posting on this forum, and quadruple-shame to those of you who were ready from day 1 to deport the surviving housekeeper, string up the murdered housekeeper's family and otherwise pin the blame in that laziest and most-xeonophobic of fashions: on the "others" among us.

Who are you to shame others? You are on an anonymous blog acting self-righteous. The irony is awesome. (I am not the person you were calling names either)

Or maybe dominos had a special?

I need more details but why order 2 pizza's when u can just order an XL. I find it hard to believe one man could eat 2 large or 2 XL pizzas by himself but with that guy...who knows

What if he was on drugs (cocaine?) to stay awake and alert the whole night and prepared for a hungry comedown in the morning?

Coke makes you not hungry. Ordering food would be dead last on your list of things to do. There really is no hungry comedown.

That's what I thought, too but I thought he was disbarred. Apparently not if wiki is to be trusted on this.

Better call Saul.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!

Has his discharge status been verified? I mostly know about the Army but someone who drops in basic is usually processed out under another code (entry level separation) rather than an honorable discharge. I would have imagined the Marines were the same. I feel like the media could possibly have one account or the other from an unverified, incorrect source. He couldn't have been in the Marines long though, I guess.

Would she have any reason to know him? It does not seem likely their paths would have crossed.
