He had to at a minimum tie up Amy and Philip at the same time. I guess that wasn't difficult. Then overwhelm SS.
But then presumably SS had his arms free to make phone calls. Plus Daron had to monitor these calls exceedingly closely to ensure he wasn't calling 911 or a friend.
I guess at the same time the others were just tied up (or dead). But it still seems like an awful lot of moving parts for one criminal to manage.

Agree.

Maybe the wife and the housekeeper were killed early on, and Philip was kept alive (and threatened) till the end to force SS to bring the money and make all those phone calls and text messages? By killing Amy and Veralucia, Daron's threats about harming the boy were much more credible to Savvas?

I thought one woman was being resuscitated by paramedics when they arrived for the fire?

I would think his chances of being in jail rest of life are 100% so why not try to run? I can't see him getting out after only 30 yes because he turned himself in and cooperated

agree..he's going to run as long as he can

I believe his incentive is he has three children. They will grow up under this umbrella of their father's acts. Although horrific perhaps he can still be there for them to show them what not to do. Make better choices, etc. Children still end up loving their parent no matter the circumstances.

My guess the crime being solved will help the S children as well. We do not know if he acted alone. Perhaps the authorities already do.

If he has one ounce of true love for his kids, he will turn himself in.

Omg. Hilarious.

On his Facebook page, which may not be up now, there was a picture of a two-three yr old girl with the caption "if you want one this cute, holla at me" or so,etching like that

Yeah, sounds like an upstanding dad alright.

Yes, not only is he offering himself to the world as a baby daddy for anyone who wants a beautiful child, he posted a shirtless bathroom selfie of himself saying how lucky any woman is to be with him because "this is what Black Jesus looks like"

Delusional-sounds like something Kanye would say-although he thinks he is God. This guy is a true sociopath, with narcissistic features and delusions of grandeur.

I just want him to turn himself in and end the nightmare. Everone is attacking..rightfully so. I guess I am immature, I want closure for the families. Like there will ever be. Which I agree is stupid. I. do not want anyone else to be harmed in another act. Buck stops here. The whole story is incomprehensible to me as a Christian..

The man is either crazy or truly believes this guy is not involved.
He called Wint a nice guy and pretty much defended his past behavior.
I have to say, I have never heard of Ficker until now, and I am not impressed.

Wants to represent him again now that this case is famous. Pig.

Clearly you're either new to town or smugly operate with your head up your ass. Ficker has been around forever -- much cited in local media as both a defense attorney and a heckler at local sports events. The fact that you've "never heard of him" has about as much merit as all the other lazy-ass armchair analyses of this horrible crime. Shame to so many of you posting on this forum, and quadruple-shame to those of you who were ready from day 1 to deport the surviving housekeeper, string up the murdered housekeeper's family and otherwise pin the blame in that laziest and most-xeonophobic of fashions: on the "others" among us.

Yes, that was Amy, but it is unclear if she displayed any signs of life.

He went through a week of training but was discharged.

What in the world does your being a Christian have to do with anything?

He took the money. Presumably he killed everyone so there would be no witnesses.

It seems to me unlikely that Vera was dead in the morning when her husband came by -- how plausible is it that Savvas would [a] recognize Vera's husband at the door and [b] have his cell phone number at the ready? No way. Vera was alive, peeked out, saw it was her husband, and supplied the #.

I have a vague memory of a report that the Porsche was seen driving very fast through the neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon. Is there any chance that Amy wasn't home when Wint entered the house? If so, he would only have to immobilize Vera, Philip would be very easy, and then have Vera call Amy to come home immediately. If Amy came rushing back, he could grab her as soon as she came in the door. Then, repeat the same thing with Savvas.

good theory. that would explain the porsche speeding. it didn't make sense to me that bad guys would speed in neighborhood in broad daylight. housekeeper probably told poor thing it was an emergency with Philip. i guess then he did just walk up to house in broad daylight and knock. probably pushed housekeeper over or had a gun.

Is it possible that LE knows where he is but they are choosing to watch him to see who he communicates with?
