This ICE agent seems to think the consequence for “following federal agents” is violence.

This sort of government impunity is unacceptable.

I would be pretty pissed if I was constantly being harassed, followed and filmed. So would you

The ICE agents should have called the police if they felt they were in danger.

It has been stated repeatedly that the Minneapolis and Hennipen county police were not cooperating with ICE and would not respond to calls.

Well then that sounds like ICE had their answer. They chose to ignore it and murder a woman.

The fact that it’s only 51% at this point shows how far the country has fallen.

However, I am confident that ICE will continue to show their asses in ways that further erodes their support.
At this point Democrats want another Kent State.

Democrats are not the ones shooting moms in the street for no reason.

Here’s the reasons…
She was anti-ICE agitator, STALKING and IMPEDING a law enforcement operation over the course of the morning.
She didn’t follow instructions to get out of the vehicle.

ICE had no authority to order her out of the vehicle.

Of course they did! You are a psychopath PP.

You are confusing “literate” and “educated” with “psychopath” for some strange reason.

ICE had no authority to order her out of the vehicle.

Even if all of this is true (and she was receiving competing orders from different officers, which would be confusing to anyone),
NONE OF THIS JUSTIFIES SHOOTING HER IN THE HEAD THREE TIMES.

NONE OF THIS JUSTIFIES SHOOTING HER IN THE HEAD THREE TIMES.

NONE OF THIS JUSTIFIES SHOOTING HER IN THE HEAD THREE TIMES.

Do we get to take all of you defending this murderer out to a ditch and shoot you because you are horrible people who believe murder is fine? NO, WE DON'T. You don't get to kill someone pissing you off in cold blood.

STOP DEFENDING UNJUSTIFIED MURDER.

None of you defending this man have a reasonable argument and none of you believe in law and order.

I mean this is the kind of stupid things you get to say on a message board. But it's not what his defense attorney his going to be saying in the courtroom.

You can also see in the video that he has his gun out of the holster before the car begins moving.

Thank GOD for people who took videos and for having so many videos to counteract the WH's lies.

Noem should be impeached at the very least; the ICE agent should be tried and charged and put in jail for a loooong time.

Ross needs to be sentenced to life and to never get out. He’s a danger to all of us.

Not going to happen. He is going to get off, and become a hero in the macho community. Good is being prosecuted in the court of public opinion for her "lifestyle." Saying the words "poet" and "wife" were as deadly for her as the ICE guy who killed her.

I disagree. Minnesota is absolutely going to pursue that case and said that they’d wait as long as they need to. There isn’t a jury out there that wouldn’t convict.

Another poster: Will Minnesota pursue at the state level or at the local level. Either way the mayor of Minneapolis has done some very controversial things, such as demonizing anyone who opposes his policies particularly on housing and transit. The Hennepin County attorney has a controversy filled career and is know to be lenient on criminals which has lead to the police calling her office a catch and release center for violent criminals. They have inflamed the situation and i would not be surprised if the case was moved to another jurisdictions with a more principled jury.

You mean a more Trump friendly jury?

I still don’t think that they find one that would give this guy a not guilty.

They may have had no authority, but if someone with a gun orders me out of a vehicle, I am going to stop my car and get out of the vehicle. If she wants to take the risk of harassing untrained idiots, then she has to be prepared to take the consequences. I wish I had sympathy for her but I do not.

The untrained idiots approached HER. The untrained idiots harassed HER.

They approached her because she was -- as her wife said -- blowing whistles and shouting at them as she and the wife followed them in their own cars.
Question: If someone turns left in front of you at a red light and you follow them, honking your horn and flashing your lights at him and mess a turn and crash into a light post that falls on your car and kills you. Who is responsible for your death?

Would it be similar to the Derek Chauvin trial?

Except in this case a guy pushed the light post onto her car on purpose to kill her and then pushed two more on her to make sure that she was dead and then called her a f@cling b@tch.

Yep. There is no support for ICE. Even my conservative friends are upset and pissed off. ICE will be defunded and its responsibilities will be moved to other governments agencies.

Well. . . there's multiple videos of ICE agents getting stuck in snow and not knowing how to get unstuck (civilians are not coming out to help like they would do with anybody else) and falling on ice. People in Mpls are also hoping for some seasonal weather to replace the extremely mild temps they've had.

please post fun videos

Not fun at all but here you go

OMG, how inept! He slipped on ice!!!

So they can quit. They don’t get to murder.

I’ll make sure to tell that to you if you are ever stalked

Ross needs to be sentenced to life and to never get out. He’s a danger to all of us.

He is a highly decorated war veteran with multiple medals and decades of federal law enforcement experience, including service in some of the most difficult and elite units. A highly reputable federal agent and military veteran with decades of experience, contrasted with a woman who has been married three times, now identifies as a lesbian, is currently unemployed, is involved in organized anti government ICE agitator protests, physically risked her own safety by using her car to block federal agents, has pursued ICE officers, and does not have custody of all of her children.

And he threw it all away. He career-limited himself. Trump's gone in three years. Whatever happens at court, he won't survive employment in the next administration. Trump's established precedent on how to fire federal employees after all.

It’s actually a really good example demonstrating why combat personal are not good law enforcement officers. They are trained to kill, not deal with the American public.

ICE is, obviously, quite capable of protecting themselves.
