We had that before he started the war. So, he started a war, surrendered, and is now sending our money to the country that defeated us.

ART OF THE DEAL.

It is Iranian money that was kept here that we are going to send back.
Everyone who was against the start of the Iran war now should support the end of the war.

That's different. Iran gets $300B for reparations AND unfrozen assets (probably +interest). We were told Trump was a deal maker playing 4d chess. This is pure surrender.

Consequences of this war will be born by US population. What consequences is Trump facing? I say we cut into the $300B by seizing Trump assets.

Again - get a grip and educate yourself. The $300 billion is a reconstruction fund made up of private investors and companies from the Gulf countries and elsewhere around the world. The U.S. isn't paying Iran one cent. And Iran *only* has access to the fund if they comply with the rest of the agreement, to include no longer pursuing a nuclear weapon.

The frozen assets (no interest) belonged to Iran in the first place. I'd say this is a pretty good deal.

Stop lying. Just stop. Trump messed up bigly and US taxpayers are on the hook for this catastrophe.

You're the liar. I've provided several links stating that US taxpayers aren't funding this and you have yet to provide any credible links to support your position. Nice try, though.

Ok - keep telling yourself that.

Nobody trusts anything coming from Trump and his cronies so their assurances about the sourcing of the $300B is probably BS. Given the way Iran has been dogwalking Trump, not holding out too much hope that the final agreement will be any better. Iran still holds all the cards and Trump and his RE agent "negotiators" are out of their depth.

Still say that seizing Trump & family assets is a good way to pay down some of the costs of this excursion.

Ok, you're clearly not a serious person. This is a good deal, as long as Iran holds up their end of the bargain. That remains to be seen.

If it’s such a great deal why did they hide it for a week and then lie when news organizations published the text after it leaked?

We're not paying them one dollar. The fund will be made up of private investors. We don't owe them anything.

Who are these private investors and why would they contribute?

Exactly. Only a true idiot would believe that some private company is going build Iran a power plant for free. That money is coming from somewhere, even if its origins are disguised so Trump can claim the US isn't paying.

Sure. Whatever you say. Meanwhile, more than half the $300 billion fund has already been committed, most likely from companies and industries within the Gulf States.

Yep, those sheiks are known for just handing over hundreds of billions to their sworn enemies. No doubt this is true. When has Trump ever lied about anything?

Who told you America is their sworn enemy? Even Israel is not their sworn enemy. Gulf states are rich because they make money with whoever wants the oil. It’s that simple.

Is there evidence of 300 billion dollars? It seems like Zionist spin to make the ceasefire agreement unpopular.

There is literally nothing about this deal from a military, political, diplomatic or finanical perspective that is better for America or its allies than conditions prior to Trump starting to bomb the country in February. People like you slammed Obama over toe JCPOA, which had teeth and was working to limit Iran's nuclear capacity and to give rise to moderates in the country and bring Iran into the fold of normalized relations with other countries. There is not a single metric by which this deal is better and numerous that undermine US interests. There is no serious person who would agree with your assessment.

We, the US taxpayers, are not paying one dollar. Jeeze, where have we heard this lie before, and most recently. Oh, the ballroom and the cage fight perhaps. The US taxpayers have indeed paid and are still paying for both. Stop gaslighting people. We don’t believe the lies and spins from you people.

Why do you think it works to just look at all the available evidence and lie to our faces?

This is the worst military and political blunder of any US president in history of the country

For that kind of money, we could’ve supported student loan relief throughout the country and stimulated the economy and its growth for decades, but noooo we had to put common, pedophiles, and Jesus freaks in charge.
