It’s not funny that Roman is harassing gerri, it’s funny that he’s a prick and accidentally exposed himself to his father and humiliated himself. The acting was superb. Give it a rest. It’s a dark comedy about what pathetic assholes all the kids are.

To that point, I LOVED the scene between Gerri and Siobhan right after. Gerri handled it like a pro, protecting herself in case she wants to file a lawsuit. Meanwhile, Shiv did her best toxic female leader work in trying to get Gerri to make a quick decision to protect the company.

You 100% missed the point of that scene. Shiv's motivation is moving Roman aside, not protecting the company.

Frankly, Shiv was kinda manic in that scene. Gerri was visibly freaked out and wanted to get away from Shiv ASAP. Not a good look.

I'm convinced Logan is going to sell to the GoJo guy in the next episode, especially if Kendall dies. The GoJo founder has way more of a killer instinct than any of the Roy kids.

Meh, I don't find Shiv super attractive, but given that her two full brothers are affirmatively unattractive (her half brother is average), she is definitely the most attractive sibling.

In term of female characters, I find Marcia and Gerri to be pretty/well put together looking.

Yes. This is because Gerri was on the side of pushing Shiv out. Gerri was a Roman ally. Gerri also wanted it for herself. So this was Shiv's chance to gloat and push her way back in.
