| This thread is so hurtful watching people go out of their way to justify a murder. It is shocking how far people will go to excuse a government sanctioned murder of a black man. |
I concur. |
| I meant that there is trauma to Floyd’s left shoulder and bruising on his left cheekbone from chauvin compressing his neck |
| “I ate too many drugs” prosecution needs to object, defense is planting information. |
The first person, after listening, testified that he couldn't tell if that's what GF said. The guy on the stand now listened and said that yes, that's what it sounded like. |
| People die from positional asphyxia all the time absent intoxication or heart disease. Whoever posted that it doesn’t happen is either an idiot or a racist apologist for murderous cops. |
Even if your ridiculous synopsis is true, cops are supposed to do cpr on him not compress his windpipe so he couldn’t breath. He was lying motionless but he still had his knee in his neck. Why? If he was dying how would he pose a threat by lying there? |
| And he did look small, as mentioned by the off duty emt and also defenseless and vulnerable. |
Because he was still a big black man, even though he was lying prone and handcuffed and unconscious. Please keep up. |
No need to be a salty B. I was pointing out how her points didn’t make sense. you keep up honey. |

Yeah, he’s doing great! I’m curious about what kind of support he has outside of court. There are TWELVE attys registered for prosecution, and at least 3 to 4 of them are in the courtroom daily. Defense is just EN. How does he do it? |
I’m not trying to justify anything. I’m taking an open minded view of all the evidence from both sides, not just one ten minute video. The whole story is a complicated one, much more nuanced than the video makes it seem. I don’t like all the facts that are coming out, but I’m not going to pretend them away and shout them down—I’m guided by my brain, not my emotions. |
I agree! I kept waiting for an objection. |
You seem to be watching a different trial. |
