Neither. Just a letter saying my DS is on the waitlist and to turn in the form if he wants to stay on it.

Applicant scores with median of accepted candidates. The letter had a table with student’s score/points possible. Another column showed percentile relative to applicant group. The first column had the median score of accepted group.

No need to be sorry we only applied to RMIB. RM is her homeschool. If she really wanted to, she could join IB in 11th grade. Not a definite decision yet, but I think when she registers for her high school classes she will get off the path to lead to joining IN in 11th and she is okay with that.

DC accepted to Blair CAP and Blair magnet. Will likely choose CAP.

So MCPS did not provide national percentiles for CogAt scores with profiles like middle school magnet applicants?

DD got into RMIB. No other applications anywhere. She’s in the JW cluster but went to a private school. Pretty sure she will accept.
