Let’s not get started on KathEats. My BP can’t handle the spike! |
Does her face really look like that now (haven't looked at their content in years) or is that a filter?? |
They work regular jobs from home as well.

Yesterday, they pretty much said that they decided not to do a 2nd bath. I just can’t stand the layout of their house. They always seem to justifying their reasoning for buying this house, so I suspect I'm not the only one that doesn't. They seem very defensive about it. I also can't stand that the main living space is separate from the kitchen. I would have extended upstairs on to that insanely large deck and put the kitchen there. Btw, those mauve kitchen cabinets make me cringe.
If they did that, they would have ample room for an additional bathroom, decent size bedrooms, etc.. |
She does freelance advertising/marketing work. |
I would give it one year until they announce an addition off the back of their house and they turn their bedroom back into the living room it's supposed to be. |
They’ve lived here since the start of Covid though I think! |
She looks better than Julia from Chris loves Julia....her filters are out of control |
Filters or fillers? |
Both. She's an avatar |
I think they feel the need to justify the house so often because people question them about it so often. It definitely is kind of a weird layout, but it started weird and it seemed like they were trying to do what they could without massive renovations. And they really did get an awesome property in an awesome location, for probably 1/3 of what most people are paying (of course that's because the house was a dump, but still a good opportunity). I wouldn't be surprised if they rebuild in the near future, but I also believe that they're not rushing to do it because they're fine with the setup for now. |
I don't get the angst over Sherry. I have followed them since the beginning when they were just a blog and have always liked them. I did find it odd that they moved away from Richmond but they seem happy in Florida so to each their own.
I like their style and their hacks on decorating. |
Her need to justify everything is what’s off-putting to me. Of course they’re allowed to do anything they want as adults, but she should simply announce the thing, say why they did it, then move on! The way she constantly goes in circles on her Instagram stories about every little thing if she gets any criticism - “I’m getting a lot of questions about why I styled the tray this way so here’s a ten minute deep dive!” It comes off as a lack of confidence and you question their expertise.
She knows that this is her weakness, she’s talked about it in the past, I just wish John was better able to help her move past it. There are other ways to engage with your audience. |
Julia has Hashimoto's, I therefore refrain from commenting on her appearance. |
