They are supporting trump despite clear evidence showing his campaign illegally conspired with the Russian government. And there’s loads of compelling circumstantial evidence that he’s using his government powers to feather his own nest. I assume I don’t need to list the dozens of examples for you. You can deny it all you want, but it’s obvious. He is a traitor, and they’re still supporting him. I’m certainly no soft-hearted liberal - I take a very cold-eyed approach. I’m not terribly motivated by stuff like his sexual assaults, or wife cheating, or general lying or press passes, or even his kids in cages. He is conspiring with other countries, and acting against the best interests of America. He has shown that over and over. Therefore, he is our enemy. Anyone who still supports him is also our enemy. |
How do you propose "removing" them? |
You can't put 60 million Trump voters in jail. |
Well, regardless of how I personally think we should deal with such vile people, I love my country and support our laws. Therefore, I think the trumps and all their anti-American conspirators should be thoroughly investigated, charged, and if convicted punished to the absolute fullest extent of the law, including execution. I think the rest of us should do everything within the bounds of the law to hunt down and punish the people who supported trump’s traitorous activities. |

too bad we can't brandish them with a scarlet T and shackle them up in the town square. guess we will need to shun them. |
I'd love to tattoo them too. But that's not an option. I have no problem cutting off all the govt funding and subsidies to trump-supporting regions of the country. And ramping up criminal convictions and lawful property seizures in those areas. Plenty of legal ways to teach them what happens to people who support traitors. |
Maybe you can put a scarlet T on their sleeves, since you are proposing Nazi tactics. What next? I doubt you actually want to build concentration camps and murder the 60 million Americans who didn't vote your way, but should we make them walk in the gutter? Refuse to let their children with the "superior" children? Harrass them in public restaurants? (Oh, wait.) |
OMG. And the liberals here are calling Trump voters the Nazis? What's this with tattooing arms and labeling their clothes? |
You act like a traitor, you get treated like a traitor. No sympathy for you. |
You are wasting your time focusing on someone else, on some other group. The only thing you can control is you and your own group. So focus your energies on a) understanding why Democrats didn't offer more compelling solutions and candidates, and b) coming up with solutions and candidates so compelling that they can't be overshadowed by trumplike figures. |
We don't literally "remove" them. We cut them out. Let them know their attitudes are unacceptable, via ostracization and shunning. |
You know, I used to get irritated when a delusional liberal started in with the traitor accusations. Now I just laugh at how deranged and bigoted they are. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
That's how it started with the Jews in Germany. Step One is dehumanization. Liberals are the new Nazis. |
When confronted with utter intransigence, sometimes the best approach is to disengage. |
