In the interest of fair discussion I'll post the link, and just remark that Human Rights Watch is ordinarily even-handed. You will note that the article says only that this is "an apparent violation of the laws of war". If I were Israeli I would call for an investigation.

Seriously, we are discussing source issues regarding the bombing of the King David Hotel?? This falls under common knowledge.
