guess a certain club wasn’t worth the hassle. Maybe two. Those girls locally will remember all of the experience next spring. Granted everything will blow up in this age group again but still creme will rise to the top… and head to other pastures im sure. Those girls down south are trapped w their situations.

Rumor has it ARL is sending a player to the Philly camp next week. Wonder why that wasn’t an option for FVU?

Also wonder why ARL is doing that since they just sent a bunch of girls to the local camp.

Rumor is true as ARL just announced their 1 player going to Philly tomorrow for Practical Clinic & IDC. The same one that was invited to CA. I this this is something new that we didn't have in previous years. Hopefully we will see more announcement and more kids are getting the exposure.

There is plenty of exposure in this area. Lots of players from this area get camp invites. Fairfax Virginia Union screwed up and didn’t file forms on time. It’s as easy as that.

That sucks for the morale of the team. What events were they selected for?

(It is a pet peeve when the Coach or Club, concentrates on developing just a few players at the expense of the rest of the players and keeps re-selecting the same players for event. Parents notice right away and it is irritating. It kills morale. A lot of people feel like the rest of the team is just the practice squad for the chosen players.)
