She's 54 yoa.
She also has breast cancer! Man, women can't catch a break with how badly their looks are judged

this is so sad and DCUM- many many of the cleaning people, daycare workers, cabbies and other manual workers in the USA are witty and intelligent and some even have high degrees, do you have any concept of the forces causing immigration and displacement. many of your convenience store workers, office workers have advanced degrees- that is why their kids go to college an end up working at State, NASA, DoD- to give washington area examples.

EXACTLY! I tutor new immigrants and here are some of their backgrounds:

Economist from Ukraine
Civil Rights Lawyer from Colombia
Scientist from Uzbekistan
Dentist from Ecuador
Pharmacist from Korea
Medical Doctor from Peru

What do you tutor these highly skilled legal migrants in? Their U.S. civics for the citizenship test?

I was disappointed in it too. I did not want them to try to coverup Ashes death, too formulaic. And Ashe waking up in the car- please. And holding their breath underwater that long?
Are we to presume Mel reveals it all thru her new book?

Just finished watching this.

Did anyone catch that Sam's second person monologue in the last episode was a salute to Jay McInerney's Bright Lights, Big City, which Coop was reading earlier in the episode and which he quoted?
