This is me, too. I have a job where I do user support and some days my job just exhausts me. But I know when I get home, the kids are going to jump up and want to interact with me and my wife is going to have things to talk to me about, we will be getting ready for dinner and we eat dinner together. So, sometimes I just need some quiet time. It's not unusual that I might stop at a convenience store and get a soda and then sit in my car to get some quiet and play a game on my phone or read some news or something that isn't a demand for attention or that I need to deal with. |
