I haven't watched the trial but I did comment up thread as an experienced skier. Were they really skiing with 6 instructors for their family? Like each person had a private instructor?

Deer Valley is posh but their arrangement is next level.

Each kid had one instructor. We ski at DV - and that's what we usually do since each kid is at a different level.
I think GP hired 2 instructors - one for each kid and her BF did the same. Seems reasonable.

Sanderson admitted on the stand today that he misspeaks a lot! This is a ridiculous case - they probably ran into each other...bad luck, maybe not the best skiers, etc - who knows. To waste all this time and money on this court case is terrible. Hope the jury finds her not responsible and same for countersuit.

It's really hard to remember specific details from last month, let alone from 2016?!

Anyone who has ever taken an accidental spill can probably relate to not being able to recall exact details even minutes after an accident. Generally happens so fast.

I would remember if I skied into someone, even six years ago. I may not remember what I was wearing but I would never forget if I skied into someone, never. And I am an avid skier. They are both liars.

I think it was 4 instructors - one per kid. I’m surprised she wasn’t at Yellowstone, deer valley is posh as you say, but Yellowstone is posher! No riff raff there.

Maybe they wanted to ski in America. I think he is trying to scam Paltrow. When you doing risky things you have to be aware that you could be hurt. He wouldn't do this if she wasn't who she was. I hope he has to pay her lawyers.
