But her instructor and her kids and her now husband are testifying?

And they have shown MeetUp messages that he and his friend knew it was her.

So that knocks out your #2 and #5.

Nope. They didn’t “see it”. You don’t not see a wipe out like that, you certainly see who’s on top of whom in the aftermath. They’ll testify but won’t testify they saw it so as not to perjure themselves. She’s a liar

How was he unconscious if he immediately responded to her when she yelled at him? (Per her testimony)

There were some great posts that got reported for no reason other than disagreeing with the reporting party’s pro GP viewpoint.

If your skis are 18” apart you are not making short turns. That means the instructor is not telling the truth. You are not in control either.

It’s nearly impossible to ski in between someone’s skis while skiing fast down the mountain. It’s hard to do on purpose. Impossible the way she describes it

More stuff there, but the truth is we could care less but as skier you care that everyone on the mountain is the same. That’s the only reason I care at all.
