Frankly, it is always to hot to wear my white pants and jeans during Memorial-Labor day. April and September are great for them. |

wear black or white 90 degrees doesn't matter it will be way late in the day and the color doesn't attract the heat as much.

Agree! If you stuck to the traditional seasonal rule living in DC, you'd be lucky to have more than a couple of chances a year to wear them. |
