Nope. I am the one that posted the pics of the white jeans and I'm 43.

White wool is very chic in the winter. It all depends on texture of the fabric. White linen and sheer cotton are obviously summer fabrics. White jeans can be worn earlier and later in the season.

It also depends how you style it. If you are wearing white jeans in September--you give it Fall accessories and darker colors. Hence, the animal print and belts, the closed toe shoes, the boots and blazers. I think those pics are fabulously chic. I was not so crazy about the red carpet pic somebody else posted for outside the Traditional zone.

When it's 90 degrees in mid-September, I'm going to wear summer fabrics, many of which are white.

PP here. Well, that gives me a little bit of hope! I <3 white jeans too and think they can be worn all year long, but as you said, style them differently.
