Question about a work out schedule

Hi,

I only have time on the weekends and one evening a week to workout. Would it be effective to exercise Sat,Sun and Monday? Or would it be better to do Sat, Sun and Thurs?

OP here. It's more effective for me to exercise in a classroom, I did this 4-5x a week in the past and lost a whole lot of weight. Just need to maintain now that I'm pregnant and don't have a lot of time during week nights.

Saturdays: Body Pump
Sundays: Cycling
Mondays or Thursdays: Body Pump

I think that Sat/Sun/Thur would be better. Also, if you can work in some walks or something on your lunch hour that would be excellent, though I realize that might not be easy for you. Even 10 minute bursts of exercise help. Good for you for doing what you can! IMO, tt will make a big difference with how you feel throughout pregnancy and how quickly you recover!
