Boy name - Lucian

DH and I have sorta (a very slim sorta)
Right now we both agree on Lucian with the nn of Luca.

We have time so I'm sure it might change but for now it's this.

We have twin girls Fallon and Fiona. I think they sound ok together.

Its ok, but kind of weird to make Luca the nickname for Lucian. Luca is a name in of itself, the Italian for Luke or Lucas. It would be similar to saying your son's name is Sebastian but his nickname is Steve. Dont hate it, but it just sounds like you are trying too hard to come up with an alternative, cool name.

Luca - no. But maybe because I'm Canadian and we had a case of a Luca chopping up and eating his gay lover, taping it, and posting it online. Luca Magnotta. Don't think it's his real name though.

If you like Luca, do Luca. If you like Lucian, do Lucian. It's different, but not a made up name. I don't think of Lucifer. Makes me think of an alternative to Julian. When I studied abroad in France a million years ago, my host brother was Lucien.
