Those are considered very strong credentials in the legal world, especially for someone being appointed as a judge.

She was also rated as "unqualified" by the ABA and has just produced a brief that has little basis in facts or reality, that is being panned by serious jurists on both the left and right.

No not with the documents recovered from August. The judge said these can not be used. The other investigation from documents given back earlier in the year can continue. For some reason she feels she has say over that investigation also.

And that's the heart of why these ruling is so stupid. She's stopping the executive branch from engaging in one function - criminal investigation - while allowing it to engage in another - protecting national security.

Isn't the biggest problem that this is a separation of powers issue? A judge has ordered a criminal investigation to stop. How many defense attorneys are now going to go to court to get a similar injunction?
