DP. I haven't heard anything M&H said that warrants "racist brooch" level treatment in return. Idk what someone could possibly ever say that would warrant that kind of treatment, but certainly H&M haven't said anything approaching it. I can't believe PP seems to think the brooch is fine, but that's in line with the behavior of the other racist MM haters.

What? In what way has the media went off on Harry that he did not invite?

It's not like the family hasn't protected him on numerous occasions previously - when he dropped his pants, when he donned a Nazi uniform, when he drunk himself to oblivion....it's a bit much to see a nearly 40-year old whining.

Sure, that brooch was horrible. But you really think it's reasonable for a racist aunt to cause a couple to publicly split from the family and move to another continent? The aunt is a sideshow.

Sartorial choices of a very minor royal family member are not exactly BRF policy.

I also note that the brooch made its appearance when H&M weren't married yet - certainly, if MM was THAT put off by it, it didn't slow down her plans to marry.

If you think the issue of racism is limited to “ a single reporter”, check out The Daily Mail, the comments people wrote, and the nastiness spewed by Piers Morgan. And that’s just a few sources. Ask yourself if you’ve ever heard anything that the Queen, any other member of the family besides Harry, or the Palace staff said or did to directly address the racism.
