Her life was destroyed. It’s not an exaggeration. Please go eff yourself instead of joining twitter mobs next time — every single one of your posts shows how messed up you are and confirms that you piled on. Why? Why would anyone do that?

Her life was turned upside down for a week, but she got a good GoFundMe (>$100K) and lawyer working on more damages. A Twitter troll or 2 are temporarily or permanently knocked back. Don't know if she's back at work yet.
I think she'll come out OK.

Not as bad the Westeubergs, another pregnant lady and disabled husband, who was assaulted much more aggressively, and trapped in a parking spot by her attackers, who were spewing explicit racist hate and violent threats.
Twitter mob got her and husband fired, sent death threats, and they (the victims) were arrested and charged for 3 years, because she drew her handgun on her attackers and insisted they back away from her, responding to their racist threats by crying "I care about you".

Wow, those are both terrible stories. I hope you’re right about the nurse. She could still lose her job and have a hard time getting another one in her field. And the stress on her pregnancy is really serious. The money does something, true.

Those stories have nothing to do with this situation or are even similar. This PA went into hiding due to death and other threats, lost her job and much more.

What I want to know is if any of the young men have been publicly identified by internet sleuths. What do we know about the guy who said the bike was on his account and the narrator of the video?

This is a good summary of what actually happened in the video: https://youtu.be/zv5wCPQNkkw

None of the guys in the video were publicly identified by internet sleuths. The guy claiming it was his bike (it was not) ultimately came forward on his own. Well, actually, his sister did a TikTok in which she identified as his sister, and then he came forward and did an interview. However, since he is a minor, his name has not been widely released.

The woman in the video was identified and then doxed (her address, socials, and other identifying info released online) within a few days of the video coming out. Her husband has also been identified, as has his employer and his socials (they've both deleted all their social media accounts). They have had to move out of their home due to death threats and harassment.

A huge part of the controversy is whether this woman did anything that would justify any of this. Was her behavior in the video racist? Should she lose her job. My response to that is a resounding NO but I'll let you decide for yourself.

There is no video of the interview just a claim it was done. His privacy has been protected.

Monique posted a written interview on NewsOne. She didn't give his name, which is a good thing.

Agreed, I don't think any of the kids in the video should be identified by name. It is frustrating to me that Monique Judge understands that of course they deserve to have their privacy protected but so does the PA in the video. Judge is never going to admit she got this one wrong and is just digging harder to try and justify her behavior. Although she didn't dox the PA, she tweeted about it gleefully, and the "article" she wrote comparing the PA to Carolyn Bryant (whose lie got Emmett Till murdered) was widely circulated and intentionally repeats the PA's full name over and over for SEO purposes -- Judge bragged about how the article was the top result for the PA's name on Google.

I don’t think they should be doxxed, but it really, really irritates me that their go fund me identified the PA by name, but protected their identities. If they’re not named, why should we even believe they’ll receive any of the money? Had the PA’s name not been included in the request for donations for them, I’d say live and let live, but this is gross.

Citation?

She was put on leave and hasn't been reinstated. Being put on leave to me is being fired.

It's very telling that you have your own definition for words.

You don’t think if they planned to reinstate her, they would have.

DP but since she’s in a union I think she probably is in the middle of standard procedures that probably take many more weeks than they have so far.

She probably has an employment attorney negotiating a settlement as well since she is pregnant and was fired for being a white female.

She was not fired. She was placed on paid leave. It's also not clear if she was placed on leave in punishment for this incident, or to protect her due to death threats and other complaints. She has also had to leave her house due to being doxxed, so she may be unable to get to work at the moment depending on where they went after moving out of their apartment. I would also assume that given that she's in her third trimester, care is being taken to make sure her pregnancy is not impacted by the stress of this incident, and she could potentially go on disability leave if her doctor is concerned about the impact of all of this (stress of incident, privacy issues, having to move) on the pregnancy. My OB actually advocated for me to work remotely for the last month of my pregnancy due to stress issues that she was concerned could impact timing of the birth as well as how the labor went.

She definitely has an employment attorney (he has spoken publicly on her behalf) and it's quite clear that the hospital has no grounds for firing her.
