Do you think this Lion Village house is reasonably priced?
1609 North Edgewood Street, Arlington, VA (map) |
|
NO.
But knock yourself out if you think it is. |
| I love that house. Detached garage would be a deal killer for me. Location is fabulous. It's definitely a $2m house. I don't think it will go much less than $2.1m. |
| I don't like it. I wouldn't pay 2 million for it. |
|
It's a drop-dead gorgeous house literally a block and a half from all the shops.
The downsides are busy street and postage stamp sized yard. I think it will go for 1.95 .... |
| I bet it will go for around $2m. Is it a Mickey Simpson house? |
| No especially since it is not in a good high school |
| Damn ugly and no attached garage |
The high school for Lyon Village is excellent. You have no idea what you are talking about. Anyone that pays over two mill will probably do private anyway. |
Of course. (Not being snarky, but can't you tell?) |
Weirdly, the listing gives Abingdon as the ES. |

I like this house, and it certainly looks like a Mickey Simpson. W-L seems like a fine school.
The only downside for me would be it's clear many people in Arlington don't like houses this big going up on lots this small. I'd feel a bit paranoid that my neighbors were trash-talking behind my back. |
I thought so, but there are imposters. I like his houses. |
Right. The ES is either Taylor or Key/Science Focus. |
