Both sold within the past two months for close to $1.5 million each.

I don't get the posting and ridicule of the homes of private citizens. Why not post your own home and we'll provide constructive criticism?

Not your taste; not your money; not a problem.

well i went to the open house (not the realtor). There is plenty of space between the kitchen counters. there is absurds amounts of storage including in front hall where there is a closet. if you like two story foyers or family rooms then it;s not for you.

I went too. It is very, very spacious and open. I loved it. I also think it looks modest from street level. Sadly, it's about a million over my budget. Nothing has come on the market for a very long time in the lower 1 mill. range.

I agree if you look straight onto the house. From the north side it just towers over the house next door. From the other side it's not as obvious now that there are two more giant houses on that side.

Great, I can jump off the foyer when I just can't bear it all anymore

The house is mostly pretty. I like the screened porch downstairs and the one off the master. The house is too big for the lot, though and for that money I'd 1000x rather live in a great townhouse in Dupont.
