I live in this area and this is ridiculous. For one for this price the photos should be spectacular and the house should be staged. the decor is awful and the whole place needs cosmetic fixes not to mention the ugly exterior. Looks like it was previously listed. I wonder if it will even sell.

| We saw it just for kicks. It's big and open downstairs but yes very overpriced for what it is. and there is no yard! its one big deck. I don't know what they're thinking and it'll be on the market a long time unless they seriously drop the price. |

| well, it's right in the middle of downtown S.S., which all you transplant DCUMers think is so freaking fantastic and walkable and green and forward or whatever. I think its still a dump, so you can have it and pay $800K to live in a dump there and go to lovely city place. |

It is in Woodside Park, an expensive neighborhood - maybe the most expensive in Silver Spring.

I personally love when photos show a close up of the hardwood floors as if THAT photo is going to make all the difference.

| This area is pretty, but have to agree. The curb appeal on that house is really lacking. I don't care what the inside looks like; we'd never make it inside. |

| The neighborhood does have some amazing houses that sit on 1/2 an acre. Most don't look like that crap hole. The second to last house that pp posted above is on the market for $1million+. Needs a lot of work but the structure is really nice. |
