It used to be that when Trump misread a word he'd realize it immediately and correct himself (putting "and" in between the incorrect and correct words to make it seem like he meant to say them both). Now he's not even bothering to do that.

Lack of inhibition as a symptom of dementia. As the disease damages the brain's frontal lobe, it destroys the social filters that prevent impulses and inhibit inappropriate language. Why do you choose how many questions they've taken as a measure of a president's competency? Why not the people they've picked for their Cabinet? Biden picked a bunch of career government bureaucrats. Trump gave us Hegseth, RFK Jr., Bondi, Noem, etc.

He is, but we've been conditioned to accept it like frogs in boiling water, because his pre-Presidential personality was already that of a serial liar, tax cheat, bully, predator and self-aggrandizer. He must have been born with that personality, or mental disorder, call it what you will, and it went unchecked because of the time period he lived in and the fact that his father had the same personality and encouraged it in his son.

Now he is in visible cognitive decline: he cannot articulate his thoughts coherently, he exhibits perseverance on his old grudges, he demonstrates risky and impulsive decision-making on matters of life and death that he clearly is incapable of thinking through (war in Iran, kidnapping Maduro, threatening Greenland and NATO, etc). His on-camera insults towards reporters, most of them women, have increased sharply. In short, the man is losing his filter in front of us, and his cognitive reasoning capacity has enormously diminished.

So no. His foreign policy alone makes him entirely unfit for office.

But the truth is that you've got to look beyond the physical activity, at what comes out of his mouth and the decisions he's making. They've both been bonkers-level madness.

Biden, for all his physical frailty, was never as cognitively impaired in office. I did not want him to run for President, let alone a second term. I heard Obama was against it from the beginning, and who knows him best than his own President he shared a White House with? But at no point in time was Biden at the Trump level of impulsive tariff-spewing, warmongering nonsense, TACO crazy, that Trump has been showing us every day.
